I didn't dress for this! Eva Mendes takes Ryan Gosling's dog George for a walk in towering heels

Its safe to say that when she picked out her designer orange dress and towering heels Eva Mendes wasn't planning on going for a long walk.
But when Ryan Gosling asks a favour it must be hard to say no.
The 38-year-old beauty helped out her boyfriend by taking his beloved dog George for a walk in Beverly Hills today.

Mendes looked stunning in a free-flowing tangerine mini-dress, her thick hair pulled back from her face in a tight pony tail. 
But it was the actress's high lace-up heels which drew attention: though fabulous looking, they were hardly designed for dog walking.
Eva rounded her look out with a dainty off-white handbag which she slung stylishly on the diagonal.

She stopped in briefly at a store to pick up what appeared to be take-out food.
Ryan was nowhere in sight, but In recent weeks the rumour mill has been sent into overdrive about the possibility of the pair getting married.
Ryan thinks Eva is 'the one', a source recently told In Touch Weekly.

Since starring alongside one another in The Place Behind the Pines in September 2011, the couple have been inseparable.
Ryan is currently re-shooting scenes from his latest movie, Gangster Squad, following the tragic shooting in Aurora, Colorado, during the opening night of the latest Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises.
In an unhappy coincidence, Gangster Squad features a dramatic scene where gunmen shoot up a movie theatre from behind the screen before bursting through it and taking aim at moviegoers.

In a happier development, Gosling has also been making headlines as the poster boy for a humorous (and serious) new feminist campaign, 'Hey Girls'.
The book version of the popular Tumblr, called Feminist Ryan Gosling, had its launch in New York Tonight.
The book, Feminist Ryan Gosling: Feminist Theory (as Imagined) from Your Favorite Sensitive Movie Dude', overlays feminist slogans on images of the A-list heartthrob and hits bookstores on August 18.
