The 30-year-old arrived at the nuptials of childhood friend Thierry Kelaart in the same silver-grey Erdem dress she wore at the Trooping the Colour parade earlier this year.
While the Duchess wore the delicate, long-sleeved design with a statement hat by milliner Jane Corbett the first time round, she opted for a slightly-less showy pale blue hat on this occasion.
Mr Middleton walked the bride, whose father died 20 years ago, down the aisle as she married environmental consultant Patrick Heathcoat-Amory at St Bartholomew's Church in Oxfordshire.

Her embellished dress received it's second outing less than six months after the Duchess wore as she proudly watched the Duke of Cambridge, who rode on horseback in his role as Colonel of the Irish Guards, during the Queen's official birthday celebrations.
Since her engagement the Duchess has opted to wear several of her outfits on more than one occasion, including a £49 Zara dress first seen the day after the Royal Wedding, and a brocade dress coat which made its debut in 2006.
